Over the last few days, we’ve continuously evaluated the best approach to balance health, safety, and business as conditions relating to COVID-19 quickly change.
Our priority is to keep our staff and their families healthy while continuing to operate our business and remain fanatical about our customers.
In order to do so, and to comply with local public health orders, Moogsoft employees in the US moved to a mandatory work-from-home setup as of today. Our US offices will remain closed until both we and the local governments deem it safe for our employees to return to shared working environments. Our UK office will remain open and we will continue to monitor the situation and abide by any government guidelines.
In addition to ensuring the safety of our people, we are equally focused on continuing to deliver all of our operations to the fullest extent. As a company that embraces remote work by our employees, we are fully prepared to operate remotely, and to maintain the high-quality customer service and support you expect from us.
Please continue to rely on our team as much in these difficult times as always. We are all available for normal communications via email and Zoom. We’ve restricted travel to business-essential and customer-facing meetings. We still plan to hold our Moogsoft User Conference in the fall, as long as the COVID-19 situation is under control.
