At any given moment in time, the Real-Time Service Dashboard answers the critical questions that you need to be concerned with, including:
- Is anything at risk of breaking, or already broken?
- What does my team need to be working on right now?
- How is my team performing?
Moogsoft AIOps answers these questions through the dashboard’s System Overview, Team Summary, and Services Overview.
The System Overview displays the performance of both Moogsoft AIOps and your organization.
See the live volume of raw Events feeding into Moogsoft AIOps, the reduction of raw Events into unique Alerts, and the correlation of unique Alerts into Actionable Situations — all contributing to the total noise reduction that Moogsoft AIOps delivers by applying a series of machine-learning algorithms in real time.
Additionally, see an overview of the Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA) Situations and Mean Time To Restore (MTTR) services.
The Team Summary displays impacted services and open Situations that require the attention of your team.
Moogsoft AIOps reflects MTTA and MTTR across each unique team, so stay motivated to keep your numbers down!
The Services Overview displays all of the services in your production environment and the health of those services. For each service, you can see the health status and the length of that health status, the number of open Situations related to that service, as well as the MTTA and MTTR the Situations related to those services.
As Situations get created, any impacted service will light up to show impact and the severity of that impact.
